Make sure you have a really thorough understanding of Foleon. Read through the website. Understand why organizations choose Foleon and how they can create great Foleon docs themselves.
Meet your team members. You are invited by every individual member of the Growth team, so they can explain to you what their role is within Foleon. I will also ask a few others, relevant to your position, to schedule a meeting with you.
Ask questions! We’re always keen to help you out with whatever challenge you face.

There are a couple of standard onboarding Talks within your first weeks to help you with a soft landing within the company.

Inspirational talk by Daan Daan will give a presentation about the organization. It’s about the history, vision, and strategy of the company.
Onboarding talk by Kirsten Kirsten will have an onboarding talk with you on your first day. This is about how things work at the office. When is the lunch, who’s your birthday buddy, and more.
Product talk by Yvonne The first part is to watch this webinar. After that, you'll receive an assignment for part 2. You will make your own Foleon and will show it to one of our designers.
Security talk by Bart The Talk is about security awareness within Foleon. This is part of our Information Security Policy (ISO 27001).

Weekly - company-wide Due to Covid-19, we've implemented a weekly with the whole company to stay in touch.
Monthly - company-wide 2nd Monday of the month. Every month Daan informs the company about the progress we’re making. Every department will also share informational and inspirational information realized in the previous month.
Development daily Daily standup with each team to start the day.
Development bi-weekly sprint review Each team has their own sprint review / demo / retro / sprint planning ;)
